UK SHIPPING
I provide the best most reliable postal service I can, which means it unfortunately costs a bit extra. All UK items will be sent with the Royal Mail recorded service for a guaranteed delivery. Tracking details are always provided. If you would like any details, or other options, don't hesitate to get in touch.
UK first class mail usually takes 1-2 days to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL MAIL
All international mail will be sent with the ROYAL MAIL SIGNED FOR or the ROYAL MAIL TRACKED service (depending on destination). Both services are trackable and require a signature upon arrival. This costs a bit extra but ensures all mail arrives safely. Combined shipping costs work out much cheaper so if youre looking for more than one item it may be more cost effective (actual shipping is sometimes less than the automated combined shipping in which case we will make a refund of the difference)
Approx delivery times for international mail is 6-10 working days (worldwide) and 3-5 days (Europe) but during high demand periods or customs delays this may occasionally take a little bit longer. We are not responsible for any customs delays.
International buyers please be aware that you may be responsible for customs charges...please check with your countrys customs office if unsure..
All items are sent out within 24 hours so please be aware that you will need to sign for them...if they are not collected and returned to me, you will be liable for the postage costs to re-send them

Returns and exchange details
The nature of vintage means each item has been worn and loved and may show wear, age, and usage. Some items may have tiny holes, spots, loose threads, discoloration, fading, missing buttons, etc. I will to the best of my ability describe all items as accurately as possible, and photograph and list any major flaws if any. Please make sure to read through the whole listing to avoid disappointment, and don't hesitate to get in touch if you need more photos or further details. Please handle your Vintage garments carefully as some are extremely old...
Items are washed as required but we always advise washing upon reciept
UK SALES
Returns are accepted on UK sales for a full refund of the purchase price, under below conditions:
- Please contact me asap after receiving your item and post back within 14 business days of original receipt. Tracked/signed for postage is recommended, as any return lost in the mail will not be refunded.
- The garment must be returned unworn and unwashed in original condition. If an item is sent back and is damaged in any way, I reserve the right not to refund the return and the item will be sent back to you.
- Refund is for the original cost. The return shipping is your responsibility and will not be refunded
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned item
INTERNATIONAL SALES
Returns are accepted. The above conditions apply but please note the original postage and return postage will not be refunded so please check measurements carefully before buying to determine the correct fit. When returning any item requiring a customs form..please declare ...Returned goods (NCV) No commercial value as we will not pay customs charges on anything returned back to us. Please also return in the original packaging with the original customs form
Please note also that if your item is not collected and your Country send it back to us (usually after 3 weeks) we will not be able to refund you (you can of course pay the postage and have it re-sent)

All items are measured when flat and measurements doubled
Sizes are approximated so please check the measurements against your own and/or something you own that fits well
Older Vintage garments were often tailored to fit an individual woman and evidence of seams and darts being taken in or out is not uncommon
Im happy to answer any questions regarding seam/hem allowances or advise on alterations if required
Please note that the model is a size 6-8 and items that are much bigger will be pinned to reflect how the item would fit
